Ended items gone
Ended a few items a couple of hours ago,, to fix them up a bit,, and they have completely disappeared. Dont come on here telling me this and that,, I sell a lot on ebay, and know exactly how everything works. As of right now,, they have disappeared

·6 months agoMine showed up this morning when I looked. Kindof frustrating but nothing lost except a few free listings that I would have had last month.

·6 months agoYep they look gone. Funny the overview shows you have ended/unsold items, yet when you search for them, nowhere to be found. Getting a little tired of so many irritating bugs with eBay.

·6 months agoJust had it happen to me, had 3 leftover listings from my free 250 listings so I decided to end/sell similar 3 items. I do this pretty regularly with no problem except tonight the 3 have disappeared after ending them. I guess I'm not getting those done tonight.
But hey ebay thanks for keeping on sending me those email messages about my packages have been delivered. I mean let's have the software programmers work on useless items instead of fixing the disappearing items or the photo editor losing edits or even photos.

·6 months agoThey should reappear within a few hours or by tomorrow morning. This happens every Feb 28th.
On Feb 28th the system is overloaded with listing renewals from the 28, 29, 30 and 31 all renewing on the same day. As a result you'll see serious lags like "disappearing" listings, sold auctions on the inactive/ended page instead of the orders page, and lots of other glitchiness.
My advice is to not work on eBay today with the exception of necessary tasks (answering buyer messages, etc). Give the system a day to catch up. Don't put yourself through that stress.

·6 months agoSince you know exactly how everything works, could you walk me through how eBay’s 2‑stage indexing delay works? Specifically the part where ended listings temporarily vanish from seller view while the database re‑indexes? I’ve been selling for years and still don’t fully understand that one.
