ebay suspended my acc with balance, support avoiding helping out
So my account got suspended like 2 month ago.
I had nearly 500 gbp of unclaimed balance on it and paypal was my only withdrawal method.
Since my acc. lock I have colled ebay support few times ( freshly when it happened) and been told that they will contact me back.
Now when I am calling automated robot tells me that all I can do is look for help on ebay/help.
Automated chat don't send me to advisor, it only recommends me to call and call sends me back to advisor.
There is no email or anything I can use to contact them.
This hell loop must be by design, god you gotta love corporations...
How I can get to ebay to get my bloody money back? If there is no way i might be just betty and drag them to small claim court but would love to sort this with them.

·1 year agoHow can PayPal be your only withdrawal method when eBay no longer uses PayPal for sellers, and haven't used them for years?
You need to link a checking account for payouts.

OP1 year agoIn UK you can still use paypal as your method. I used them multiple times in past year.

·1 year agoSo you created a new account and said you are in the US?
"gbp" makes me think you are not in the US.
Payment holds for active sellers is up to 30 days.
Once you are restricted / suspended, in the US, the funds will eventually be sent to your state of residence, and you can apply to get it from the state.
