Ebay suddenly not working on my iPhone, please help

I have an iPhone 7 Plus, so fairly old phone, and although I can’t get the eBay app, as my phones out of date, I can normally just use the desktop/ online version on my phone without problem
In the last 2 days when I search for an item on eBay and click on the photos, only the main photo shows and the others don’t show, nor does it let me scroll across the photos even if there are 6 or 7 photos. I did try another browser on my phone ( Firefox) and it still didn’t work
Also the option to bid or buy now or make offer or any of the boxes doesn’t work and is greyed out, and when you click on it no box shows up etc
I don’t have pop up blockers on my phone so I’m wondering if anyone has heard of this issue ?
I’m not planning on buying another phone yet, it was all working fine up till a couple of days ago
Can anyone advise on a fix on my phone to get eBay to work as it should? I have already tried a another browser Firefox with no luck. I’m using eBay Uk
is there a setting in my phone that could help

·4 months agoSounds like the version of Safari that lots of folks have with iOS 15.8.8 no longer works with eBay. Possibly other browsers as well.
I would suggest reporting the issue to eBay directly using one of the "Tell us what you think" browser links from one of the affected My eBay pages, then trying other browsers to see if one works better and posting the detailed results here of which specific browser versions have been tried.

OP4 months agoI have tried the Firefox browser and Opera and eBay still isn’t working photos don’t scroll and all boxes such as but now or bid etc are greyed out/ unusable, including any drop down box arrows which don’t work 💁🏻♂️

If you are using a desktop browser or a mobile browser in desktop mode, most My eBay pages should have that link at the top or bottom of the page. On Watch List, Summary or Purchase History, look in the top right of the page.

·4 months agoHi. If main images are showing correctly. Then problem might be from slow internet speed to show other images. Try a new network. I hope this might helpful
