Paid for a label & getting “technical difficulties” page when attempting to print.
Hey @primordialgoopminerals! Thank you for reporting this issue with printing shipping labels. There is currently an open ticket to have this resolved as soon as possible under ALERT16599.
It broke between 6:46am and 6:49am PT... since I usually get a copy of the shipping label sent to email as well because of issues like this but that also failed here.
Last one I got was for the label I bought at 6:46am and the label at 6:49am didn't generate the email but charged me.
Yep, me too. Paid but no shipping label. There is a tracking number assigned to my sale but I cannot reprint by going to shipping labels because nothing shows up.

·4 months agoSeems to be intermittent. I was able to print my label I purchased earlier but randomly getting the error still.

·4 months agoSpoke too soon... the Labels section is populating but it's not pulling up the labels.. Same error about Tech issues.

I called support and was told that it could be 48-72 hours to resolve, but they're just guessing or giving a default timeframe I think.

·4 months agoYou can find the label by going to Orders -> Shipping Labels in your seller hub. Then it can be printed once ebay is working again.
