Ebay shipping for small items down

I just sold to trading cards this morning and went to do $1 shipping and it says its currently down or unavailable, try again later. Is anyone else having the issue also?

It's down for me too. Can't ship my postcards out this morning. :( Hope they fix this soon.

Same for me, all i have are a bunch of cards to ship and it’s the one shipping function I need. I love how there was an announcement for it on the seller main page. Or even in the announcements area.
