eBay Shipping Broken AGAIN - Been trying for an hour to print shipping labels - Please FIX

·6 months ago**bleep**, I am glad I ain't the only one experiencing this issue as a seller generating shipping labels. I want them to fix this immediately or they will lose my business because I am a new seller on ebay.

OP8 months agoLooks like we are back to normal operations. Labels were purchases and printed.

·8 months agoEdit: they did a void and refund. Had to call and speak to a customer service rep however.

Hey @herpman1972! Thank you for reporting this issue. We are aware and are working on a solution as many sellers have reported that when trying to purchase shipping labels, sellers are receiving an error and did not provide the label for the order but were charged to their PayPal account.
There is an open ticket under ALERT16439 and I will be sure to update as we get new status updates.

·8 months agoYeah mine's been out for at least that long, because even when it was working it was barely working. My last label I was able to successfully print shows the transaction for purchasing the label went through, but when I click on the tracking number that auto posted to the item on the sold page it gives an error message when clicking on the tracking. So that's not good, that means unless I cancel it and buy another it'll likely leave me vulnerable for if they want to make a non receipt claim. But IDK about you guys - I don't actually like cancelling a janky label and buying another because it makes it weird seeming on the customer's end, and I'd almost just prefer to send it and hope they're normal people that don't take advantage when it shows up at their destination in 3 days.

·8 months agoI have four labels to ship. It has taken hours for just two to be printed so far. The second label took a long time to show up as shipped even though it had been printed. I will try the other two later.

·8 months agoI have only attempted to ship one of today's items. No label generated the first time. Purchased it for a second time & no label generated.
I was refunded by eBay for the second label I ran, but was still charged for the first, under my Payments tab.
The item is still showing Awaiting Shipment, even though, as just stated above, there is a paid label charge showing in the Payments tab.
It is NOT showing under "Paid & Shipped" tab or under "Shipping Label" tab. THERE IS NO LABEL FOR ME TO PRINT.
PLEASE FIX ASAP!!

·8 months agoSame here. After trying several times, I tried a different "Get shipping label" link. I usually use the white link on the all orders page. I went to "order details" and clicked on the blue "Get shipping label" link and it worked and I printed the label. It did charge me once but it sent two emails for the transaction which was odd. I checked the tracking numbers in both emails and it was the same. Also checked "manage shipping labels" and there was only one label charge for the order. Not sure if the blue link will continue to work or if it will crash too.

·8 months agoSame issue here for hours straight. IMO, it would be nice for eBay leadership to actually give a crap about a functional sight before finding ways to take more of our money. There is not a day that goes by that parts of the website and or app are not operating correctly.

·8 months agoThe problem here is money is being taken for label(s), but they are not (1) Able to be printed (2) Coming up on the Manage Shipments list.
Easy workaround is to just find another label provider, such as PayPal shipping, and purchase and print them elsewhere.

·8 months agoYeah... I keep getting this message: "Please be aware that FedEx, USPS, UPS and eBay Standard Envelope and eBay International Standard Delivery are experiencing issues at the moment. We apologize for any inconvenience and if affected, ask that you try again later." Been unable to print a shipping label for 2 hours....

·8 months agoYep! Double charged in Paypal for the same label... that wasn't even generated!

·8 months agoYes. We pay for labels with PayPal, and it stated that that eBay was unable to process the payment.
Voila! PayPal charged us for the label anyway.
Naturally, went to the eBay Shipping Labels page, and there is no record of the label.
Attempted again, and same problem- PayPal was charged, but no label.
This is going to be a MAJOR problem with many sellers having to go through PayPal to request refunds (if eBay cannot post details of completed / not completed label purchases)!!
NOTE TO ALL eBay "COMMUNITY MENTORS": AGAIN, WE WENT TO THE SHIPPING LABELS PAGE FIRST TO ATTEMPT TO PRINT, REPRINT, OR VOID THE LABEL(S). There is NO RECORD of them. HUGE GLITCH!!!

·8 months agoSame, was charged $87 for 12 labels that wouldn't populate and they have only refunded 7 of them so far. If you have tried to print labels, make sure you havent been charged for them.

·8 months agoGlad it's not just me. Im on hold waiting for them to call me back. I have 4 labels i tried to print, tried from a different computer, app, wifi/cellular.

·8 months agoI noticed the same issue and was bill for the label that wasn't created. I can't process shipments right now.
