eBay Sales Event Promotion Not Working Correctly After Shopify Marketplace connect App Integration
We recently integrated our eBay store with the Marketplace App and encountered an issue with our sales event promotion.
Our promotion was set up to apply to 2,146 items, as shown in the attached screenshot.
However, only 29 items are actually reflecting the promotion on eBay (screenshot attached).
Before integration, similar promotions applied correctly to all eligible items. This issue only started after using the Marketplace App.
Could you please assist us in identifying why the promotion isn’t being applied to all intended items? Specifically, we would like to understand:
Whether this is a configuration issue within the Marketplace App or eBay itself.
If there are limitations or syncing delays between the app and eBay affecting the promotion.
Any troubleshooting steps we can take to resolve this.
Your prompt help would be greatly appreciated as this is impacting our ongoing sales event.
