ebay said i might have been getting hack so they suspended my account..
all my listings were taken off active and now it say 642 items in unsold. we have never listed 600 item ever not even close in total. I tried to relist, it wont let me says they are either already listed or do not exist.. well i can see it so it exists and its not in active so...? on top of that every time i tried to relist from scratch now it charges me .35 each.. if I have to relist each thing from scratch i will die

·2 years agoI can see you only had 153 completed listings for the last 90 days. Were most of the 642 items part of the Hack?
Is your account secured now? Have you changed you Password?
Maybe if you wait until January 1st you can relist you items without being charged the 35¢.
How many items did you have listed that were delisted? You can select the deleted items and bulk relist them within a few minutes.

OP2 years agoI wish that were true. I’ve tried so many times. It just errors them all. eBay helped get a few on and some were things we sold months ago. So I had to go back in a end them. Then I got a message from EBay with our actual listing in it saying they resisted them. They didn’t. I was on the phone with techs and other departments and got no resolution. Tonight I spent 1hour and 30 mins on the phone and all together probably 4 hours. No help. No one knows how to figure it out. So now I’m getting charged.35 per listing to put things back on. If you could find anyone that could help us that would be much appreciated
