Browser or app? Try another browser to rule out a browser issue.

Try another link to rule out a bad link.

Try viewing your messages on ebay.ca instead of ebay.com to see if that works better.

If you have messages from members forwarded to your email address, see if you can read and respond directly to the emails rather than using your eBay message inbox page.
