ebay refresh screen issue

When I refresh ebay listing, after an hour or so, It takes me to the following URL: chrome-extension://galkoginclhdfkhmfadmlmihikbggldb/https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.com%2Fsh%2Fallselling%2Flistings%3F
it also says ApexVanten and the page displays:
Your file couldn’t be accessed
It may have been moved, edited, or deleted.
ERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND
I have no extensions, I get this same error when I use Chrome or Microsoft Edge
Anybody have an ideas how to stop this?
