Has anyone else faced the issue where eBay overrides your package dimensions when listing items? Why does Ebay not have actual customer support and just a guard railed chat bot that does nothing then pawn any actual issues off onto the community?

·2 weeks agoIt is the updated app. It wipes out descriptions, modifies shipping info, and does all kinds of other stupid things.

·2 weeks ago@seros-7457 I would double check this setting and make sure it is Toggled Off on the Web Version of eBay, it will then become the Default Setting for all your Listings. Don't know about Mobile though I don't rely trust it. This could be the culprit. On my account that uses Business Policies though I don't really have Auto-fill issues because this specific capability isn't present.
