eBay orders not populating
I'm a seller, went to go print out labels for the things I sold today and noticed that the "Awaiting shipment" section in my seller hub was blank. When I went to the orders drop drown menu it was also completely blank, not even for just my awaiting shipment orders but for all of my orders. This was on my desktop so I switched to the app on my phone and had the same exact issue. What gives?! I have orders to drop off tomorrow and no way to print labels for them through eBay.

·6 months agoThe error message I was seeing before is no longer appearing.
Try loading your orders again. If that is still not working, try a shift-refresh to bypass your cache and reload the page entirely.

·6 months agoThis is irritating. They won't load anywhere.....mobile, computer, on different Ebay country sites, etc. I tried every back way possible.
We basically can't upload any tracking for any of yesterday's orders now before the 12am CDT deadline. I will expect that Ebay remedies those numbers.

·6 months agoI just placed a big order for a Switch 2 and then suddenly can't access my orders page just gives me errors on desktop and mobile app. At least now I know I am not the only one affected. Hopefully Ebay will fix this.

·6 months agoJust tried to process several orders, and ran into the same thing. But rest assured, eBay always makes it good whenever there is an outage. We can expect all kinds of fee refunds and and other perks to compensate for our trouble.

·6 months agoEven though we cant access orders at the moment, I have noticed you can still contact buyers to inform the of these issues. If you go here: https://www.ebay.com/mes/transactionlist?sh=true you should be able to see your orders. While the orders pages dont work, you can click the buyers username and then on the next page click "contact". If the link above doesnt work for you, try clicking "payments" on the seller hub, then when that page loads click "See all" next to recent activity, it will pull up the same page.
Hopefully eBay gets this fixed by the morning. Good night and good luck to all!

·6 months agolol clicking the 'contact' is not working either - impossible to send a message - hopefully these orders don't go into the 'late shipping' since it is their fault!

·6 months agoDon't expect for them to care if you end up with late shipments, they will still count it against you.

·6 months agoApp shows -- and the website just loads forever. everything on eBay still works except the orders tab. you can list and buy but can't pull anything.
latest reload showed that some functions are non-functional, and it ask to refresh or check back later. Doesn't make sense when everything else is fine. Hoping eBay didn't get Hacked and compromised 😞

·6 months agoeBay normally does server updates on Thursday nights, but sometimes pushes out updates on Tuesday nights when necessary. I suggest waiting a bit and trying again later.

·6 months agoNo decent technology department would push updates during prime business hours (unless it was needed to fix a critical issue). Ideal time would be like 3am PST, albeit a quick search tells me they normally do them at 8am PST.

·6 months agoCame here looking to see if others had the same thing going on. No excuse from eBay for this big of an issue. Crossing my fingers it’s fixed before I get marked for a late shipment! Guess I’d be making them give back my seller status if I loose it

·6 months agoJust logged into my account, and same here, can't see what I have sold, just blank in "Awaiting Shipment" and "Awaiting Payment," nothing loaded at all, though several should be shown in those areas, and even "Paid and Shipped" is now blank, though 100s orders have gone out...

·6 months agoIm having the same issue! Probably eBay pushing new updates that no one asked for screwing up the system even more!
EDIT: If you click on the "Shipping Labels" tab under "Orders" that page brings up an error stating eBays servers are down. All other tabs arent bringing up anything.

Issue appears to be fixed as of 1:30am eastern time. Orders page and labels appear to be working again.
