Ebay offering Send Offers for AUCTION ITEMS?

There seems to be a glitch in the Send Offer program ... 2 items I have up for auction show up in the send offer list AND I DO NOT HAVE "ALLOW OFFER' checked off for the 2 items either.

At the same time I have NOT had the opportunity to SEND offers on actual BUY NOW items for several days now that I believe do qualify.

I'm having issues with sending offers, too. I CAN send them, if I can find the qualifying listings which is relatively difficult to do when you have hundreds or thousands to scroll through. Trying to pull up the list of qualifying listings for sending offers simply just opens all my active listings and can't be done. I even deleted and reinstalled the app in case it was on my end.

On my mobile app the send offers button just takes me to all of my active listings

Same issue, can't send offers on my phone or my laptop since yesterday morning. Really was hoping this would be fixed by now, it's costing me sales I'm sure at this point!!
