Ebay not calling back on call request
Anyone else not getting a return call when you request thru the Automated assistant? 3 times I have tried. 3 times no call back.

·8 months agoI've always gotten the call back. As recently as 2 weeks ago. Are you sure your phone isn't set to block calls from numbers that aren't in your contact list?

·8 months agoPerhaps folks have better luck on a business day - Monday thru Friday?
I always ask my questions here and the service is great. Have not ever requested a callback. If I have some sort of issue that needs ebay attention that can't be resolved here, I use Twitter/X. That happens once every couple of years or so ........
Last time I spoke with an ebay on the phone might have been 2019.
Fulltime seller.
