ebay listings - page rendering - scroll bars

Scroll bars appear at the right side of my description. sometimes they disappear if i press F5 refresh. I am using google chrome latest version. in other browsers (Firefox, Edge) these scroll bars are not shown. The page is better without the scroll bars thats my preference. Is this a known issue?

It is known, but it's really not an issue in the grander scheme of things.
