Ebay keeps trying to confirm my personal information using my old phone number | Report eBay Technical Issues

Every time I try to list an item I get taken to the personal information confirmation screen which is still using my old phone number despite having updated it on the site. If I change it and hit confirm it just resets back to the wrong information
