That shows the site is working fine. I can access the site perfectly fine. Whomever you called and whatever you are thinking, YOU ARE WRONG.
Now.
You might have an outage close to you, or a pathway that isn't working properly. I suggest you power down your hardware, reboot your internet modem/routers/network hardware and try again.
The problem is highly more likely to be on your end. But whomever you called, probably wasn't eBay, or they told you that to get you off the phone.

I have been reviewing the website linked above. It shows a spike at around this time frame with *checks*... 11 reports. 11 reports out of millions of users. Hmmm.
But it IS a spike. Maybe there is a regional routing outage potentially affecting a few people. But eBay itself is not the issue at the moment.

·4 months agoThe problem is located close to you, your system, your internet service provider or some other intervening entity.
If you are using a VPN, disable it.
Consider running a tracert to determine where the problem lies.

OP4 months agoAGAIN SO ALL CAN UNDERSTAND….I CALLED EBAY DIRECTLY….THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH EBAY IN THE U.S. WHERE I AM AND IN THE U.K….YOU CANNOT BID, BUY, OR MAKE SN OFFER OR CONTACT SELLER….THEIR SYSTEM IS DOWN…THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR DAYS…EBAY IS WORKING ON IT….

What operating system are you using?
Browser or app? Latest version?
Any difference if you try another browser? Or if you disable extensions like ad blockers?
Sounds like the version of Safari that lots of folks have with iOS 15.8.8 no longer works with eBay. Possibly other browsers as well.
If that is what you are encountering, I would suggest reporting the issue to eBay directly using one of the "Tell us what you think" browser links from one of the affected My eBay pages, then trying other browsers to see if one works better and posting the detailed results here of which specific browser versions have been tried.
