·2 years agoIt’s important to read the user agreement when you sign up for anything. Seems you didn’t in this case. They’ll close your account when the required time has passed and as far as selling information, if they did, you would have also agreed to that when you accepted the user agreement.

·2 years agoIf you had recent transactions eBay will close your account in 60 days.
See eBay's policy on closing accounts make sure you also show it to your lawyer.
As for selling your information, eBay doesn't they also have a policy prohibiting selling information , Personal Information policy

They'll close the account, but they'll wait until all chances of a refund is over.
You just sold an item in May, so it'll be a little while before they'll close that account.
