Hi- To cliff notes this and maybe someone in ebay will actually look into my account. but has anyone experience anything similar and what did you do to get help?A few months ago i was in a car wreck and didn't ship but did ship a few packages I had due out. One buyer opened a ticket to which I upload tracking, normal business. Go about my usual posting and shipping routine, a few days later I get requested to update banking information which I did, I had recently moved and hadn't updated my address with ebay and they locked my account. This was six months ago! i resubmitted forms as they requested and since then I have had NO response from ebay- The first few months I was patient calling once a week, and always the same response- please wait 2-3 days for an email response.. and nothing every week! My ebay messages is just chat transcripts with no reply from ebay.. They keep charging me a store fee and wont response what the heck do i do? Every time I get told from ebay chat support is "elevating" my situation and I wait for nothing.. I have called every 3 days for the last two months and at this point I'm at a loss. summary:My account was locked until I uploaded proof of delivery/payment for a normal ticket/updated banking and have not had a response while continually reaching out.
