Ebay has a server cache issue. Number of Orders Not Changing

My number of orders keep sticking. It happens pretty consistent right now. I will have 4, and print postage for 3 (using Pirate Ship), and the order numbers will remain on the front page and the bell. I think a cron job is not running somewhere.. somehow.

Yes, you can change that by deleting them at the bell but the deeper issue is a server cache problem. It's not client side. It happens on multiple devices.
