Ebay glitches pretty much every single day for over a year, anyone else???
For a few days now my saved listing templates will not load no matter how long I wait, but that isn't all, there's a new glitch on ebay almost daily ever since they forced us over to the new listing tool. I do like the look of the new tool better although the older one did have a more intuitive workflow layout, but I also never once had a single issue for nearly 10 years with the older classic listing tool either. The older tool allowed me to list 15-25 items every single day for nearly 10 years but the very second they took away the classic tool BAM!!! Ebay has been one ENORMOUS ball of glitches across the entire site, but mostly they've been appearing in areas connected to the new listing tool. I've went from 15-25 listings every single day to about 4-5 because every day I've had to spend hours figuring out workarounds or fixes to something that isn't currently working on ebay. It doesn't matter what device or browser I use, heck I have even went to the library the next county over that has free fiber optic blazing fast access and still the exact same thing. I was listing only on ebay but due to the glitches I've had to subscribe to a cross lister and begin listing on every single other platform since ebay appears to have completely fallen apart, I cannot live on 5 listings per day, we have nearly lost our home over this crap. I've reported the glitches every single day, literally 7 days a week, for over a year (almost two now) but we've not received a single word from the company about what the hell is going on or heard them say if they are even trying to fix it. I'm assuming it has to do with them adding AI to the site, I LOVE the introduction of the AI features but if it isn't ready THEN REMOVE IT UNTIL IT IS!!!!!! Reading through fellow sellers posts on the technical issues page makes it very obvious that this isn't just me and ebay is quite literally falling apart. Thank god I added other marketplaces or we'd already be out on the street! Ebay, why are you staying silent about this? Sellers I follow on youtube are beginning to suggest staying away from ebay for now because of the issues, why won't you make a statement to let us know what is happening???

·2 years agoYup. These glitches are so out of control, it is terrifying to be an ebay seller right now. Been here since 2010 and for the first time I have had multiple days with zero sales. I normally have 7-10 a day. This is unprecedented and they will not admit to it or fix it.

·2 years agoSome folks are having problems listing, but most folks are apparently not having any problems at all. It is not clear what is different between the two cases.
