ebay gift card funds missing after transaction cancellation | Report eBay Technical Issues

I made a transaction with an ebay gift card for 93.00 last night and cancelled the transaction before completion. After I entered the gift card it reported 93.00 but after I cancelled the transaction the balance on the card and in my ebay account is zero and the transactions were cancelled before completion and are NOT in my history or purchases. The card is now zero and funds are NOT in my ebay account. And YES the card was activated, I even have the activation receipt from the purchase and ebay confirmed the amount when I entered the code. The money has just disappered after cancelling the transaction in my ebay account. I need my money back!
