eBay Falsely Advertising Free Local Pickup Even When Sellers Charge Collection Fees

Just had a buyer bring to my attention, after purchasing, that the local pickup option falsely proclaims to buyers that it is free even when it has a collection fee. In fact the collection/local pickup fee does not correctly show up in the subtotal as a separate line item for local pickup orders. Before we refunded $5, the Order total mysteriously showed up as being $5 more than the subtotal plus sales tax lines. It doesn't get its own line item unless you hit 'view details.'
We ended up refunding the buyer because it seemed unfair and was only $5.
