when I'm going to ebay Customer Service > EMAIL US> I click to email them and got this error:

May 26th from 8:30pm PT our phone lines are temporarily closed for system maintenance until 11pm PT
I need to speak with an Account Security Representative but I can't. How can I reach an account security representative? Please help!

You don't need to talk to me, you need to talk to eBay. Send a direct message to eBay, then wait for the response.
