Ebay changed print label screen and took away download label option - bring it back!!!!
I download my labels, I have to in order to print them out.
You took away the link to download labels, the new button gives me no ability to save the label or download it.
I go to the shipping labels page and try the download label link and it just brings me to the new page with no download option.
You need to get this working again, dont take away functionality. Its not working on the Brave browser on android tablets.

This is a test I just ran on mobile website and I was able to successfully download the label.

·1 year agoHey @rugerskick - is this only happening on mobile web (browser on your tablet) and not classic web (browser on a laptop/desktop)?
Does the same thing happen with browsers other than Brave?
Any chance you can share a screenshot?

OP1 year agoI talked with support, on chrome and firefox the popup works. On Brave, nope. So they opened a ticket to get it working on Brave.

·1 year agoWhen you click the link to print, it will open. This should be a PDF when it opens. There will be a download icon on the top (looks like a folder with an arrow in it).
Edited to add. I didn't see a difference today so not sure if I am being helpful.

·1 year agoIf you get emailed Shipping label purchase confirmations sent to the off-eBay email address associated with your selling account, you now receive a PDF copy of your Shipping label there as well. This feature began back on May 29 (at least for me):
Note that they still haven't fixed the error in that message where the buyer's address is printed in European format instead of U.S. format, and the State abbreviation is missing, but at least you now have the label itself stored in your own email as a quick reference on where you sent the package.

·1 year agoAny difference if you use another browser?
Can you select "Print to PDF" in your Print Preview instead of sending the label directly to a printer?
