eBay canceled order, wont free funds
Summary: nikofc shared an issue with an eBay order that was canceled due to a suspicious buyer. Order canceled by eBay on July 15 for suspicious buyer. I had already shipped under Authenticity Guarantee, intercepted the package, and have the item (i was told by ebay to intercept). Multiple agents previously said I keep the funds and they would release after 31 days. Supervisor now says funds cannot be released and order is stuck as “Shipped to Authenticity Guarantee.” No cancel option available. Looking for advice on how to get the status corrected so funds can be freed.

·2 weeks agoNormally, if it wasn't authenticity and item was shipped out and not returned to seller...you keep the funds. Supervisor was wrong.
You got item returned but not also the funds.
