Ebay App resetting page options to default (vouchers and postage)
Having listed some new items using the app I found upon sale the shipping had been re-set from calculated to flat rate, when this concerns larger items it is a problem. I always check the final screen before listing an item to ensure this is correct but the post details were reset to default after posting. This also happened with a voucher I had set up for an out of stock item, to send a private discount voucher, once launched it reset to public and again I only realised when sales were made both situations causing losses at my end.
