EBay app keeps crashing
eBay app keeps crashing saying there has been an internal error. I've cleared the cache and the data and even uninstalled and reinstalled the app but it's made no difference. Can you help.

What operating system version number and app version number are you using?
Some iOS app users have been having problems with the eBay Live livestream on the main eBay page lately.
If uninstalling/restarting/reinstalling does not help or if your operating system does not support the latest version of the eBay app, report the issue to eBay by shaking your device while the app is active if you can, then uninstall the app or disable the feature that automatically opens eBay browser links in the app and use a browser to reach ebay.com instead.

OP5 months agoThanks. I am on Android and have the latest version. I did everything apart from disabling the feature that automatically opens the eBay browser. I've now done this and during last browse, I wss problem free. Hopefully that's done the trick.

·5 months agoOnce you have disabled the feature that opens browser links in the app, you should be able to use a browser.
If links are still opening in the nonworking app, either you have not disabled that feature, or the setting has been reset by an app update. Or the browser is not working. Try another browser to rule out the latter if the app is not opening links.
