I receive this message while trying to access Ebay:
Access Denied
You don't have permission to access "http://www.ebay.com/help" on this server.

We do have an active ALERT regarding this:
"Alert 16622 Customers and teammates are unable to access eBay site getting an error message as "An error occurred while processing your request"
They are working to get this resolved ASAP!

·4 months agoMine is still down and many other's are reporting it's up and working. Anything I can do? I cannot access tools or seller details.

I can access the Community only through the eBay site, not directly. However, once here I can’t access the AAM board or CML at all.

Thanks @glorybells for checking. We have not received other reports of this, and it working from incognito tells me it is most likely a very temporary glitch happening to you. I would give it some time and it should resolve itself.
