E-bay Bangalore connection pretty useless
Its unfortunate that E-Bay has contracted out technical assistance to incompetent remote service providers.
If a situation does not fall into one of the convenient columns it fails dismally.
SOP would have a representative step up to the next level of support instead of looping back to a failed response. But that was unable to be accomplished so failure is the default.
Unable to resolve an issue has me likely closing all accounts with E-bay which does not serve either party.
Kind of stupid and this complaint will likely fall into the abyss of cyber space.
Oh well. I'm sure there others who have come to the end of the thread of calls and chats similarly?

Most issues can be handled on the site without needing to contact anyone.
