Double Listing Bug
Just listed this item and somehow two separate listings were created, one at Feb 12, 2026 12:48:01 PM PST and the other at Feb 12, 2026 12:48:02 PM PST.
Never seen this happen before so double check your listings today.

·6 months agoHey @lackeykay . Thanks for the heads up. Just to rule out a few things:
1. Can you confirm you created the listings on eBay, not with third party listing software?
2. Did you manually publish or was it a scheduled listing? (I'm assuming manual since you posted immediately after it went live.)
3. Did you create a single listing, or did you use a file upload?

The only oddity was I forget to upload pictures and got the warning to add them, after uploading the pictures I hit publish and noted down the eBay item number. Then on my active listings page saw two of them, different item numbers too.
Which is strange because at least for me in the P&A categories sometimes the listing would get published without any pictures and would only have the stock ebay motors video on them.

·6 months agoThanks for the added context. If you haven't already, you can tap the ? on the lower right of most eBay pages and select the link to report a tech issue. Include a link to this post so eBay can see the screenshot.
I created a listing item ##### and eBay published a duplicate listing item ###### time stamped 1 second later. See (link to this post) for screenshots.

·6 months agoIsn't that strange? When I accidently
duplicated a couple listings recently I got
the red page warning me and the 2nd
listing didn't actually get activated.
Normally when I realize this has happened it's too late
and the same item has been sold a second time.
Another frustrating glitch.

·6 months agoCheck one of them click the 3 dots. Choose "end listing" leaving just one listing for the item.

·6 months agoI have seen this before, You have to be careful & double check your Listings so that you don't have sales for both items & you only have one.Bug or glitch I suppose but be careful.
