DNS Failure

I'm trying to report to a seller that an item never arrived, but when I click on "the item has not arrived" from the Contact Seller menu, I get this:

Service Unavailable - DNS failure

The server is temporarily unable to service your request. Please try again later.

That occurs when thereâ€™s an issue with your connection to the internet. Try restarting your router or modem
