Dispute Buyer Claim of Non Receipt
Buyer claims he didn't receive item. USPS says he did he put in a claim. eBay put my funds on hold. trying to challenge dispute but doing it on my phone doesn't work cause the field for tracking number is to small Maybe buyer has the item and is trying to get money from eBay by claiming he did not receive package

·Aug 16, 2026 at 3:50 PMHe did a claim with USPS or with eBay? If it's eBay, you don't challenge it, you respond to the case by uploading the tracking number to the case. It will show delivered and the case will be closed in your favor.
