When we are listing on eBay we research our prices with current active listings- We have noticed that depending on how you have your search set, for example Price Low to High VS High to Low the umber of results sometimes changes. FOR EXAMPLE - If you search the model number - 20AD1P1A0AYNNNC0 and arrange from Low to high I get 127 results- however, if you change to high to low you get 180 results --- BUT THEN if you add in the the brand "Allen Bradley" your results for low to high are 72 results and high to low are 113 results. I was told by the rep I spoke with that they were not able to duplicate this on their end, and that it was a third party issue (whatever that means). Which feeds into my next issue --- I have 2 of these drives listed- One is listed for parts not working, and the other is listed as used. When searching low to high ONLY the one I have listed for parts shows up in the search. However if I arrange from Highest to low they both show. WHY aren't all of my listings showing in all searches? We have had a significant decrease in sales, and this really seems to show why. If like myself people are arranging lowest to high to get the best deal--- they aren't even seeing my listed used item!!!!! PLEASE make it make sense.
