Discount cannot be entered when creating an invoice
On the "Create invoice" form, there is an "Adjustments (optional)" section which can be set to Discount or Charge, along with an entry box. If I select Discount and enter a positive number, it says "Invalid discount amount. Please enter a discount less than AU $0.00". But if I enter a negative value it says "Invalid format" - so there is no way to enter the value.

·8 months agoI don't know how it works on the AU site (you're on the .com forum), but in the US I'm fairly certain that discount amount can't exceed the ship cost. I admit I haven't tested it in a couple of years so this may be outdated info.
If you continue running into errors, tap the ? found on the bottom right of most eBay pages and tap the link to report a tech issue. That'll go straight to eBay.
