Difficulty purchasing certain items
Hello eBay Community,
I hope everyone is doing well. I live in Georgia, and I've recently encountered some issues while trying to purchase certain items on eBay. I wanted to see if others have had similar experiences or have any advice.
Specifically, I've been facing problems with purchasing dash cameras. Every time I click on the "Buy It Now" button, I receive an error message.
 
These problems have made it challenging to complete my purchases and have been quite frustrating.
If anyone has experienced similar issues or has suggestions on how to resolve them, I would greatly appreciate your input. Any tips or advice on how to navigate these problems would be very helpful.

Can the item be imported to your country?

My shipping address is within the US (Wilmington). I've checked the seller's list of excluded locations, and Wilmington is not listed.

·1 year agoSellers have the ability to block payments from users with a primary shipping address in a location the seller does not ship to, even if the user is selecting a different address at checkout.

I understand that sellers can block payments based on the primary shipping address, but in my case, it should be a valid US address. It’s also very strange that I receive the error message from multiple sellers, not just one. I've never experienced anything like this before. I tried to make a purchase using different devices and even a VPN, but same problem.

·1 year agoSo, presuming you're using a freight forwarder in Wilmington, Delaware, hard to understand why a seller (or several sellers) would not ship to you, unless, of course, the issue is that you're trying to purchase an item that your country doesn't allow to be imported.

I am trying to buy a dash camera for my car. As you can see in the video, I have tried to buy from different sellers, but I keep receiving the same error message.
