Developers Program sign-in error and Contact Us email form broken

1) eBay Developers Program sign-in is broken. URL: https://developer.ebay.com/signin After entering the registered developer email, the page only shows: There was some error. Please retry after sometime. The password was not changed. A developer password-reset PIN email still arrived, so the developer account exists. This is not a wrong-password message.
2) eBay Customer Service email form is also broken. Path: Help and Contact > Account > Reset password > Send email to eBay. URL: https://www.ebay.com/help/email_click?topicId=4197 This redirects to https://www.ebay.com/help/home instead of an email compose form, so I cannot open a normal CS ticket.
Please investigate the Developers Program sign-in error and restore the Contact Us email form.
