    Description For Ebay Template Not Showing Up / Being Erased

    when i open a template to make a new listing my description sometimes does not apper, i have to go back delete and re fresh sometimes multiple times. i belive it mostly does it when i do a template that already has a pre set item category then i change it IE Men Sweatshirt - Change to TSHIRT

    This is a known tech issue. Please click the ? icon on the lower right of your active listings page and click report technical issue. In the comments box make sure to mention ALERT15736 problems with listing templates.
