Delivery status not updating on app
Recently the delivery status is not updating on the app when items delivered. Also have had item update as delivered in day sent! Is this an issue with the eBay app or the post company?

·3 years agoIt could be either - it's impossible to say without more info. Have you checked tracking on the carrier's website directly to see if it matches what's shown on the app?
If info matches carrier's website then the issue is with them.
If info on eBay does not match the carrier's website, then make sure you're using the latest version of the app. If you're up to date then uninstalling and reinstalling can sometimes help.
