Custom shipping discount not working

I have been offering buyers a custom discount on shipping for several months successfully. As of 9/1/26, all buyers have been charged full retail price. I've checked my preferences and the custom option is still listed there. The discount amount shows correctly when I search the item in general listings, but when clicking on item, or viewing in my store, it shows the retail calculated price and has been now suddenly charging the customer the retail price instead of the custom discount. How can I fix this?

·2 weeks agoWhen anyone views a listing that is using calculated shipping, the shipping rate shown on the listing is driven by the zip code in their account for their ship to address. So when YOU view your own listings, you see shipping to YOUR zip code. To see something different, you need to use another account with a different zip code or to the right of the stated shipping charges is a button that says "See Details". Click on that and you can change the ship to zip code so you can see what the shipping rate would be for that zip code. @marycastl-39
