The following are open technical issues that have been reported and we are still tracking. Members are receiving notice requesting to upload tracking, but all orders have tracking information - ALERT16176

Customers are reporting that when they click on their user name to see their feedback profile, it says "Sorry, this user was not found" - ALERT16173

Sellers are unable to see the orders in 'All Orders' section, as the page is blank on both eBay app & desktop - ALERT16165

Sellers are unable to promote new listings getting error - ALERT16151

"Buyers unable to purchase the listings due to an error message, "'Hmm...can't reach this page'/'This site can't be reached'" - ALERT16112

Insertion fee is charged for revising the listings, though the seller has free listings left on their account - ALERT16099

Sellers reports that "Offer Refund" option is not showing in return details page - ALERT16075
