Condition filter stuck when searching.
I was searching for an item on the app today and it would not let me change the condition filter from preowned to new. I tried in different ways and it did not work. This is a huge problem for sellers

What are you searching for?
Try starting an entirely new search on the main app screen rather than starting from a previous search.
Try creating a search using a browser, then save the search. Open the saved search in the app to see if that works better.
If the app continues to not work, try uninstalling the app, restarting your device, then installing the latest version of the app again.

I seem to be able to search and find things of any condition using the latest Android version of the eBay app (6.254.0.2).
What are you searching for? Is it something that might not have any New results available?
Is it possible you have enabled lockable filters and locked the Condition filter? Do you see a blue padlock icon by that "preowned" filter option? If so you should be able to unlock it by tapping the blue padlock or choosing a different option.
