Combined shipping not holding input, incorrect pictures showing

Buyer comes in chooses 7 Hot Wheels from a YOU pick live listing, ebay sends note to "combine shipping" 1st thing noticed is all 7 pictures are the same...moving on I combine the order accurately and send total 2 days ago....buyer still has not paid...I checked sales record only to find that the combined shipping total has vanished, so I repeat process 2 more times, same deal...shows zip on shipping...
