I suggest sending a DM to one of eBay's social CS teams because you can upload a screenshot with that method: ebayforbusiness on facebook, ebayforsellers on insta, askebay on twitter

What do you see if you go to this order details page (replace the Xs with the order number)?
Why do you think you'd get a store credit? I don't see an issue related to store subscriptions with what you're reporting.
