Hi,

I could not access the eBay messages service after login to ebay or without login, and got "This page can't be displayed" blank page. I also tried the following URL, and all got the same error page.

No, I donâ€™t take threats through messages seriously. What would you expect me to do? I donâ€™t work for eBay, Iâ€™m an eBay member like you.
By the way, blocking an eBay user will block their messages it will have no impact on your return.

Return labels are not sent through messages. If the seller is required to provide for return shipping and does not provide a return label through eBay or pay you in advance for tracked return shipping, after three business days from starting your return, ask eBay to step in.

Use the three dot menu when looking at the message in your eBay messages inbox to report the message to eBay.

Add the user to your blocked buyer list to block messages from that user.

Contact law enforcement if you feel you are in any danger.

If the seller doesnâ€™t send you a return label you can go back into the return after 4 days to â€œAsk eBay to step inâ€

Receiving threats of harm by a bully hiding behind his computer is only to intimidate you. The threats are empty. Just report the messages to eBay by clicking the three dots at the upper right of the message and delete it.
Unfortunately you canâ€™t block sellers. Ignore any further messages.
If you feel the need to get law enforcement involved you would need to contact the police in the sellers city.
