Checking Your Browser Before You Access Ebay
This message, "Checking Your Browser Before You Access Ebay" started appearing in Ebay's Search after I recently cleared my cache in Chrome. I have tried using a different browser, MS Edge, and the problem persists. When I sign into Ebay, or if I try and contact Ebay Chat, I am prompted to verify that "I Am Human" followed by two captchas. For almost three weeks, I have contacted Ebay Customer Support and Ebay Technical Support and absolutely nothing has been done to resolve this issue. Ebay's Customer Support sent me an email stating "Your Account is in Good Standing." Here are the things I have tried to rectify this problem: 1) Tried a different browser, 2) Cleared cookies and cache (again), 3) I don't use a VPN or Proxy, 4) Reset my IP Address, 5) Checked and both browsers are updated, 6) Scanned for malware using my anti-virus software, and 7) Disabled all extensions. Does anyone know why Ebay is flagging my connection this way?

·10 months agoI get them often. I routinely clear cache and do use a VPN.
It's a minor thing to me at least.
I think numbers 1-2-4 you listed may make it more prevalent not less. It seems eBay isn't recognizing you and wants to make sure you're not a bot etc.
