Charity is not listed to receive donations from my sales

Jervis Public Library Association is listed as a charitable organization by eBay. However, when I try to donate a portion of my sales to the library, eBay does not recognize the name. How can we correct this?

Where is it not recognized exactly? Is there an error?

I see they have their own selling account and all their listings clearly show that charity -
