This morning when I click on any ended listing it brings me to page with all text including categories and suggested items to view. What happened?

·4 months agoFollow Up: Everything seems to be back to normal for now.
The entire "see original listing" section is exactly what was missing. No price or date. No picture placeholder either.
I was successfully able to use the ebay.ca workaround for a few hours. @eburtonlab , that is a neat trick! Thank You!

·4 months agoI'm accessing my own closed listings directly from my Orders page in Seller Hub. Also tried from my Sold listings search page. Same result.
Here's one... Direct URL C&P. Chrome is up to date. Version 148.0.7778.179 (Official Build) (64-bit). Yeah I know, Chrome. Old habits die hard, yanno?
https://www.ebay.com/itm/257468230648
On my PC screen, there's no link to original listing.
Listings ended but not my own have been accessed from my Purchase History page, my Watchlist page, my Bids & Offers page, and other sellers' Sold items search pages
Here's an auction I lost the other day. I wanted to peruse the photos and bid history again. Accessed from my Didn't Win section of the Bid & Offers page.

Direct URL C&P. Same thing. No link to original listing. Sometimes it flashes there for a second or two, but then mysteriously vanishes. Annoying.
Same thing in up to date versions of both FF and Edge. PC is only about a month old....

When I use that exact link in Firefox, I see a small "see original listing" link just under the price and date to the right of the picture placeholder. Using that link gets me to the original listing.
If that is not working for you on ebay.com, is it working on ebay.ca? Sometimes redirections work differently there.

·4 months agoHaving the same issue. Tried 3 different browsers (Chrome, FF, Edge). Tried clearing cache and cookies. New computer on Win 11.
For Pete's sake, I can't even access my own ended listings! It's gotta be ebay.

@unny860
What page are you starting from?
On the page you wind up at, is there a "see original listing" link?
If not, can you provide a link to the page so I can see what you are looking at?
I seem to be able to search on eBay using keywords, choose "completed items" and follow links to find the original listings, or follow links to completed listings from my Watch List. If you are starting from a selling page to reach your own items, it is possible you are seeing a different link.

Any difference if you hold down the shift key and refresh the page? Or if you try another browser?
If another browser works better but the problem persists in the original browser, try clearing your browser cache, and manually erasing just your eBay cookies.
