Cant update Available Quantity on Some of My Listings

Question

When I try to update the available qty on some of listings I get an error that says "ShippingService cannot be revised if the item has bid or active Best Offers or is ending in 12 hours." Im not trying to change the shipping at all - just want to change/update quantities on the listing. I have been getting this error message on and off for about a week now and only on some of my listings - other listings let me update the quantities. I only change the quantity - nothing else on the listing...

Thank you for your response. I finally got ahold of ebay cs and they were able to resolve this for me - was part of a glitch related to the transition to the new ebay international shipping. cant believe that a simple switch such as that could cause such a headache. anyway, all taken care of now.
