·6 months agoWhat message would you send? Why not just wait til tomorrow.? If it does not arrive then, you can open an item not received case the day after if it's not showing movement. Or, since there's been bad weather in a number of locations, you can wait a few more days to open the case, making sure you do not go beyond 30 past the last estimated delivery date.

What happens when you try to send a message?
You should be able to use the "contact" link in a seller's listing or in your Purchase History to send a message to the seller.
If you are having problems, try clicking on the "Send message" text to start typing your message.

·6 months agoYou really do not need to message the seller.
If you item doesnt arrive tomorrow and tracking doesnt show any movement or there is no tracking, then the next day file an INR case.
